Glow in the dark contacts are very popular with young, party going people and their sales soar during Halloween and other similar festival days.

Glow in the dark contacts have a special layer that has the ability appear brighter in low light. When they are worn in bright daylight, these contacts are transparent and do not display any glowing properties. But in dimmer light and total darkness, glow in the dark contacts clearly display glowing properties that make the wearer stand apart from the crowd. These contacts are commonly worn during parties, especially raves and also during Halloween.
